Birth Manifesta invites aspiring doulas into a supportive, transformative learning experience rooted in knowledge, skill-building, mentorship, and community. This hybrid training will prepare participants to confidently support birthing people and families while deepening their understanding of the birth experience.

Foundations of Full Circle Doula Care
Begin your Full Circle journey with a foundational exploration of doula care, birth support, and the heart of serving families. This session introduces the role of the doula, core principles of compassionate care, advocacy, and creating supportive experiences for birthing families. 10AM–1PM CST

Stepping Into Your Purpose
Bring your learning full circle as you integrate the knowledge and skills gained throughout the training. Explore how to confidently step into your role as a doula, serve families with intention, and carry your training into real-world practice and continued mentorship. 10AM–1PM CST

Day Three brings us deeper into the practice of doula care through continued learning, hands-on skill building, and connection. We’ll integrate what we’ve learned, explore the many ways doulas can support families through the birth journey, and continue growing together in knowledge, confidence, and community.
